Shipping and delivery

Where we deliver

Kirafy ships to destinations available in the country selector and at checkout. Shipping availability is confirmed at checkout for the delivery address you enter.

Shipping cost and delivery estimates

Available shipping methods, any shipping charge and the estimated delivery window are shown at checkout before payment. Standard tracked delivery is free where that option is shown. Most orders are processed within 1–3 days. After dispatch, tracked delivery is estimated at 4–10 days, depending on destination. Please allow an additional 1–2 days during busy sale periods and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customs duties, import taxes or local carrier fees may apply depending on your destination.

Customs, import taxes and local charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or carrier fees. Whether these are collected at checkout or by the local carrier depends on the destination. Please check local requirements before ordering.

Tracking

We email tracking details after dispatch. If you cannot find the email, check your spam folder, then contact contact@kirafy.shop and we will help.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel appears lost or arrives damaged, email contact@kirafy.shop with your order number. We will help resolve the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy. You do not need to negotiate with the carrier yourself.

Changing the delivery address

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. We can try to update it before dispatch, but cannot guarantee a change after the parcel has been dispatched.
