Kirafy ships to the destinations offered in the country selector and at checkout. Available delivery options, any shipping charge and the estimated delivery window are shown before payment. Free tracked standard delivery is available where shown at checkout. Most orders are processed within 1–3 days. After dispatch, tracked delivery is estimated at 4–10 days, depending on destination. Please allow an additional 1–2 days during busy sale periods and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customs duties, import taxes or local carrier fees may apply depending on your destination.
30-Night Money-Back Guarantee
Your 30-night period starts when your order is delivered. If the product is not right for you, email contact@kirafy.shop within 30 nights to request a return. You may try the product during the trial, but it must be returned for a refund. For comfort or fit returns, you arrange and pay for tracked return postage. Contact us before sending anything so we can provide the correct return instructions and address. Once the returned product is received, we refund the amount paid for it to your original payment method. For a set or bundle, contact us first for return instructions. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Email us with your order number and photos if available. We will help resolve the issue under the consumer-protection rules that apply to your location. We will not charge return costs where local law requires us to cover them.
Changes or cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to help before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes after it has shipped. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
